                BELGRADE GUIDE


Belgrade is the capital city of Serbia and it is situated on the confluence of two big rivers, Danube and Sava. It has continental climate which is characterized by very hot summers and cold winters. Republic Square is, for people who live in Belgrade, centre of town. There you can see monument of Knez Mihailo Obrenovic and National Museum of Serbia.

Skadarlija Street is bohemian part of Belgrade. There are plenty of cheerful restaurants, little galleries, open-air exhibitions and street musicians. Here you can try some of the national Serbian meals and traditional Serbian drinks; The most popular drink is rakija. You can also enjoy the sounds of the national music.
